BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Submissions: Ideas, suggestions, or proposals you submit about the Website are non-confidential and become NY Concierge MD’s property, with no obligation to acknowledge or compensate you.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain valid.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and NY Concierge MD, superseding prior agreements or communications.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our consent. NY Concierge MD may assign or delegate it without your consent.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive it. Waivers must be in writing and signed by us.
  • Section Titles: Titles are for convenience and have no legal effect.

14. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York County, New York.
